Dear ones,
 
This year, on 21 September, Heartfulness and its partners have taken up the challenge to unite 40 million people in a global meditation for peace at 9 p.m. local time. This guided meditation will be broadcast in many languages and in all time zones around the world.
IMAGINE, 40 million people connecting for peace, creating a chain of peace around the Earth …. What a difference that would make!
Before the global meditation, at 8 p.m. local time, we will be celebrating with our peace ambassadors from around the world. Our ambassadors are a truly inspiring international group from all walks of life.
There’s a week to go! It’s time for some peace action from all of us. Here’s what you can do to help:

Be a peace hero. If each one of us brings at least 10 people to the event, we’ll be spreading peace. That’s only 2 people a day until 21 September. Here’s how:
 
SOCIAL MEDIA
 

• Use the hashtag #connectingforpeace.
• Like the event’s social media posts each day.
• Tag the main Heartfulness pages as well as your local pages.
• Share them on your personal page.
• Send them in a private messages.

TRADITIONAL WAYS
 
Pick up the phone. Knock on your neighbor’s front door (wear a mask!). Write toothers by email. Invite them to be new links in the peace chain by registering and keeping the chain going. Suggest they share it with all their friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors.
 
Join the peace event on 21 September at 8 p.m. for thecelebration with our peace ambassadors and 9 p.m.to create peace through our guided relaxation and meditation. Join at www.heartfulness.org/peaceday on the day.

And pray everyday at 9 p.m. for this amazing community of peace worldwide.
